Dr. Deidra O. Franklin is the President, Co-founder, and Rhetoric Specialist of Good-Natured Life, LLC. Dr. Franklin earned a doctorate in biblical studies; she also earned certification in persuasive communication from Cornell University. She is a certified speaker and trainer. Dr. Franklin's debut book, Her Legacy of Grace: Revealing the Interstices of the Iconic Woman's Crown, is the first in her legacy collection. She is also a student pilot and aviation enthusiast.

Iconic Woman Conference & Retreat
The Iconic Woman Conference & Retreat is an intimate, in-person leadership gathering designed for women navigating leadership, influence, and legacy.
Hosted in carefully curated settings, this experience creates space for reflection, meaningful dialogue, and connection across generations. Women gather not to perform, but to think, listen, and engage deeply with the responsibilities they carry - personally, professionally, and communally.
The Iconic Woman Conference & Retreat emphasizes:

The experience is intentionally small, relational, and reflective.
Rising Icons Leadership Initiative
The Rising Icons Leadership Initiative is an early leadership development experience for young women ages 18-29, including collegiates and young professionals.
Architected by Dr. Deidra O. Franklin, Rising Icons is designed to equip participants with leadership readiness before pressure accelerates. The initiative introduces foundational leadership concepts centered on responsbility, communication, decision-making, and confidence.
