Every Iconic Woman Conference & Retreat begins long before the first guest arrives.
In the days leading up to the conference, I step away from the noise and become very still.
I pray.
I listen.
I reflect.
I visualize the space and the women who will soon walk into it.
Before anyone enters the doors, I spend time imagining the experience - the conversations that will happen, the breakthroughs that will occur, and the atmosphere that must already exist to welcome them.
Visualization is about alignment.
When you quiet your mind and invite God into your preparation, something extraordinary happens.
The environment begins to shape itself around purpose.
The conference and retreat may last a day, but the work of preparing the space begins much earlier -
in silence, in prayer, and in vision.
